Post Oak Knife Co. is a proud Texas corporation dedicated to importing the highest quality knives for our customers. We import directly from Friedrich Olbertz GmbH as well as offering Hen and Rooster and Boker knives. All Boker, Hen and Rooster, and Eye Brand/Carl Schlieper knives that we carry are made in Solingen Germany unless otherwise stated. Our main goal is to import, package and distribute high quality Solingen steel to our retail and wholesale customers and from time to time we will contract for a limited run special edition knife. We let Solingen do what it does best...make knives!!! We handle the rest!!!
