With roots in Texas and Solingen, Germany, we are proud of the return of El Gallo knives. This is the El Gallo JB with Round Shield. Both Blades 2 7/8" length closed is 4 1/8". Handle thickness  is 5/8" but will vary some because it is a natural product. D2 blade with smooth natural bone handles. 

 As with all natural products, grain, color and patina will vary from knife to knife
